CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Dance With Me (Ages 18 months to 2 years) - Introduce your little one to the joy of dance through play, music, and creative movement. In this class (30 minutes), students explore new movements and skills while building their social and emotional awareness. *Adult participation required.
Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combination (Based On Age and Experience) - Our Level Classes (60 minutes) encourage students to explore the three fundamental dance subjects (ballet, tap, and jazz) in a safe and positive environment. Through exciting games and activities, students are taught proper dance technique and terminology while building and nurturing important life skills to be their personal best inside and outside the dance room.
Ballet Technique (Ages 7 and up) - Ballet Technique classes (45 minutes) build a strong foundation in classical ballet by taking a deeper dive into the art such as alignment, strength, flexibility, and refining technique through barre and floor work.
Tap/Jazz Combination *add on option (Ages 7 and up) - Dancers will elevate what they have learned and practiced from Ballet Technique and apply their skills in our tap/jazz combination class (45 minutes) focusing on vibrant rhythms and expressive movements. Enrollment in Ballet Technique is required for this class.
Boys Hip Hop (Ages 5 - 9) - Join the energetic boys-only class (30 minutes) where dancers learn and practice the latest moves, build confidence, and have fun with their friends through exciting games, activities, and choreography. This class pairs well with Agility & Motion.
Agility & Motion (Ages 5-9) - Students will engage in a variety of activities and exercises that promote agility, speed, and precision while building strength and endurance. This class (30 minutes) is perfect for the athlete in your life looking to build their skill while focusing on teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence.
Beautifully Created (Ages 5 - 12) - Inspired by Ephesians 2:10, this class (30 minutes) encourages dancers to explore different ways to express their God-given talents and gifts through movement, stretching, and uplifting discussions to celebrate the beauty within.
Adult Dance (Ages 15+) - Get ready to dance, stretch, and sweat! This cardio-based fitness class (60 minutes) brings high-energy movement, focusing on technique and flexibility with the perfect mix of ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. This class is designed to help you move, improve your form, and build strength—all while having an absolute blast. No dance experience required!
Adult Yoga (Ages 15+) - Join our rejuvenating yoga class, designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. This class (60 minutes) combines gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and poses to help relieve stress, boost balance, and enhance overall well-being. Perfect for all levels, it’s the ideal way to reset your body and mind each week!
